We offer yoga services that provide you an opportunity to approach your healthcare from the inside out, helping to create a “big picture”, a holistic view on your overall health. Joint Ventures offers both small group and private yoga sessions. Our small group sessions are modified to fit each individual and are appropriate for yoga practitioners of all levels and ages. Our private, one-on-one yoga sessions allow students to feel safe and well attended to when deepening their practice, working with injuries or preparing them for group yoga classes.

Your private initial consultation includes an in depth discussion of your goals and areas of individual interest. A thorough, individualized plan is then created and put into practice under the guidance of a trained instructor.
Follow up Sessions:
Follow up sessions are available following your initial consultation. These sessions will focus on delving deeply into your customized plan and adapting it to fit your lifestyle, schedule and needs.
Small Group Training
Group classes take place on a rotating schedule. Class size is limited to 10 people, so interested clients must sign up for class ahead of time, by calling 617-536-1161.

Cost: 60 minute evaluation = $80; 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions = $80; Semi-private sessions = $60; Small group training = $15 session or $60 for a 5 class pack.
Attire: Regular workout clothes
