Our experienced, professional personal trainers can customize a program that is specifically designed to meet your fitness and health goals. Under your trainer’s close supervision, you’ll use a variety of techniques to achieve optimal fitness–including weights, Pilates, yoga, plyometrics, functional training, kettle bells, weighted ropes, True Stretch, mobility exercises, and balance exercises. Our trainers can also help you work on weight management, strength training, flexibility, core stability, cardiovascular health and post rehabilitation recovery. Whether your goal is to start exercising consistently, tone up a bit for an event, or to lose or gain weight, Joint Ventures’ personal trainers have the answers.
We offer private coaching/sessions, semi-private coaching/sessions, group coaching/sessions, and Corrective Movement/Movement Therapy.

Personal Training Rates
We have both male and female trainers available Monday-Friday and on weekends by appointment. They can customize your program to work out at whatever time of day works best for your body and your lifestyle.
Our trainers’ rates range from $60 – $120 per session.
We offer individual sessions as well as packages of 5, 10 and 20 sessions. We also offer half hour sessions and small group training to help make your personal training as economical as possible. If you would like to join a small group, please email us and we will help put together groups of people with similar needs and time frames for their workouts.
If you are looking for the most economical options for personal training, please email us and we will assess your needs and put together a customized package.
Joint Ventures’ Downtown, Kenmore Square, Wayland and Wellesley offices offer state-of-the-art gym facilities focused on functional equipment. We have a full compliment of kettle bells*, physioballs, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX Straps, a True Stretch*, Indian Clubs*, heavy ropes, and all the exercise toys in between. We also have cardiovascular equipment and nautilus equipment* to provide a well balanced workout. Our gym space has the feel of a private studio space where you can focus on your workout without wait times for equipment and the distraction of loud music. (* Not available at all offices)
Our monthly membership comes with no sign up fees and we don’t require a specific membership term. You can freeze or cancel your membership at anytime for any reason. As with all of the services at Joint Ventures, we customize your membership for your needs.
Complimentary towel and locker use*, as well as private shower(s) with shampoo, conditioner and soap are available for members to use. (* Not available at all offices).
The Downtown gym is available to members Monday through Thursday 6:30am-7pm, and Fridays from 6:30-1:30pm. It is NOT open on weekends.
The Kenmore Square gym is available to members Monday through Thursday from 7am-8pm, and Fridays from 7am-3:30. It is NOT open on weekends.
The Wayland gym is available to members Monday and Wednesday from 11:30am-8pm, and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am-3:30pm. It is NOT open on weekends.
The Wellesley gym is available to members Monday and Wednesday 6:30am-3:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-8pm and Friday 7-3:30. It is NOT open on weekends.
