The Core Diet

What is the Core Diet:

The Core Diet for Athletes was developed 10 years ago by QT2 Systems coach and founder Jesse Kropelnicki. The Core Diet was designed to help athletes live, train, and compete at their optimal level. Through proper nutrition that includes nutrient rich foods consumed at the right time, the Core Diet will have you performing and living at your very best.  Don’t consider yourself an athlete?  The Core Diet is appropriately designed to help everyone make healthier individualized choices throughout the day no matter how you spend your time.What

The Core Diet is focused around those foods that are the most nutrient dense, and critical for athletes to focus on to improve performance, improve health, and reach, or maintain, an ideal body composition. The Core foods:  lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, lean dairy, and legumes, are the backbone to the program. Other less nutrient dense foods serve a specific purpose and are timed to provide athletes a benefit to their training and decrease the storage of unwanted body fat.

 

Program Information:

Nutrition Consultation - $275

An individualized plan will be created to specifically address what it will take to help you lose or maintain weight. This option is great for all types of people to help them lose weight (if needed) and improve performance.  Click here for more details.

One-on-One Nutrition Coaching - $215/28 day cycle*

This option is the absolute top of the line way for athletes of all types to lose weight (if needed) and improve performance.  It is for people that require intensive direction and support, and for those who would like specific menus to choose foods.  Click here for more details and pricing explanation*.

Mission Plan - $245 and $30 every 28 days of support

This option is a great way for athletes of all types to lose weight (if needed) and improve performance.  You will be guided by our Mission Plan member forum and "ask an RD" forum.  Click here for more details.
